Conference Objectives:
  • To highlight the growing chasm between conventional models of economic growth and sustainability
  • To promote a dialogue among Jesuit business schools to explore how they can contribute to bridging this chasm
  • To explore ways of equipping the students of Jesuit business schools with the knowledge they need to shape a more sustainable development model
  • To formulate a collaborative action plan
Tentative Themes
  • The impending crises related to Water, Food, Shelter, Education, Health, Population, Urbanization, Employment, Energy, and Environment.
  • The role of business firms, government, NGOs, and B-schools in tackling these problems


  • A collaborative action plan for Jesuit B-schools
